• Violate laws, infringe copyright or other intellectual property, or facilitate unlawful activity.
• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the platform technology or security.
• Transmit illegal, harmful, or misleading communications.
• Access, collect, or use other users’ data without consent or proper authorisation.
• Use the platform for personal finance management or individual investment decision making.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Zoralyxoventa content and technology is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other rights. Use is limited to what is required for business analytics purposes as agreed with us.

Client Content

You retain rights in content you provide, but grant Zoralyxoventa a license to use it for service delivery and improvement.
